Our teachers are scholar practitioners committed to impart the teachings of Yoga and facilitate you to share the Gift of Yoga to seekers all over the world. All teachers are registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT-500) and have been imparting professional Yoga training in various Registered Yoga Schools (RYS) in India and abroad.
Dr. Keshava
M.Sc., PhD(Psy), M.Sc.(Yoga), M.A (Sanskrit), M.A (Advaita Philosophy), Reiki Master Teacher & Healer | Yoga Philosophy and Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Coach
Keshava was born and raised in a South Indian spiritual family, deeply rooted in spirituality and Yoga from an early age.
He pursued systematic training under H.H. Swamy Dayanandaji in Rishikesh for five years, studying Sanskrit, the Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita.
He later completed M.Sc. and PhD in Modern Psychology focusing on Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence.
He has taught 100+ TTC and Meditation TTC programs globally and accumulated 3000+ teaching hours.
A certified Reiki Master and alternative healer, he lives a monastic life dedicated to spiritual transformation and universal awareness.
Subham Dhumal (SuBhu)
E-RYT-500, YACEP | Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga & Anatomy Teacher
Born in Pune, India, Subham has practiced Yoga since childhood and is committed to disciplined, systematic teaching.
He teaches Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga along with Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy.
Certified by Kaivalyadhama, he integrates science with spiritual dimensions.
Teaching internationally since 2013, he brings enthusiasm and transformation to seekers across the globe.
Helen Warriner
E-RYT-200, E-RYT-500+ | Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
Her yoga journey began in Spain and later brought her to India for TTC at Sarvaguna.
She deepened her practice in India and later pursued advanced training.
Her passion lies in Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga, blending creativity with structure.
Her classes foster a supportive space for spiritual and emotional growth.
Pawan Kumar
E-RYT 1050+ | Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher
Pawan’s journey into Yoga began during a transformative period of self-discovery.
He completed 1050+ hours of TTC in Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Tantra and Meditation.
With 2500+ hours of teaching experience, he views Yoga as his Dharma — a service to the world.
His approach focuses on breath, awareness and inner freedom.
Eleanor Evrard

Eleanor is an experienced osteopath and yogini (RYT-500+) trained in multiple styles.
She integrates Yoga’s eight limbs with anatomical understanding.
She is passionate about helping yogis understand their bodies and teach safely.
She is committed to bringing deeper meaning and healing to her students.
Amaresha
M.Sc.(Yoga), E- RYT-500 +, YACEP – Experienced Hatha Yoga & Vinyasas Yoga Teacher
Amaresha hails from Bangalore, south India. He is an accomplished yoga educator, contemporary dancer, and theatre artist with over 20 years of interdisciplinary experience.
His has completed MSc in Yogic Science from Bangalore University and done Yoga TTCS -RYT-200 & RYT-300 and Yoga Vedanta course from Divine Life Society, Rishikesh.
He has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga for many years and specializes in teaching Yoga Asana with Props. His teaching blends physical practice with yogic philosophy to support holistic growth.

Yogeesh hails from south India. He is a dedicated Yoga Therapist and Multi-Style Yoga Teacher with over a decade of teaching experience.
His journey in yoga began at the age of 8, initially training for yoga championship competitions. This early foundation nurtured a deep passion for the practice, which later evolved into a lifelong commitment to the study and teaching of yoga. he pursued formal yoga teacher training and advanced courses to deepen his knowledge and understanding.
For more than 10 years, he has been teaching Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC), guiding students through various styles and disciplines of yoga. His approach integrates traditional wisdom with practical application, helping students cultivate physical health, mental clarity, and inner balance.
Sharing the transformative power of yoga and contributing to the well-being of others is not just his profession—it is an integral part of his life’s purpose.
